Renewal of HAI Discount Card

To enable us to ensure that the new Discount Cards reach members in time, it is requested that a revised and updated list of Nominees (2 each) of the Member Hotels may please be sent along with three stamp sized photographs to the Secretariat.

In the event of any change in the Nominee, owing to transfer, resignation/ retirement etc. of the card holder, the existing cards may please be returned to the Secretariat along with the name and photographs of the new Nominee for issuing the fresh card.

As a minimum preparatory time of 4 weeks is required by the car manufacturing agency, from the date of receipt of the enclosed Proforma for processing and printing of new cards, the enclosed proforma may kindly be returned to the Secretariat, duly completed.
